ABOUT ME
If you are looking for a warm, inviting and open-minded therapist, you’ve come to the right place! Treatment with Ashley will provide a balance of a non-judgmental, client-centered approach while also challenging individuals to reach their highest potential. She takes a biopsychosocial approach to treatment and understands the importance of treating the whole individual rather than just a small part.
Ashley believes it is important to bring together complex themes within a person to help them better understand underlying issues that lead to depression and anxiety. This is done through an integrative approach to therapy that brings together the most effective approaches in psychotherapy. Her focus is on you and what you need, knowing that every experience you have is a personal one.
